This demands marketing strategies which portray a superlative quality image which must be supported by an intensive and equally superlative quality control system, throughout the entire chain of production and processing of macadamia.
In order to achieve this high standard of quality control, standardized sampling procedures need to be implemented throughout the process flow. Gala Macs carries out its own testing relating to the maturity, moisture content and quality of the nuts at the dehusking and curing facility.
